Energy Drink

Here is a health recipe …
…..for great skin and hair try this. It is also good for your nerves

In a blender

2 tablespoons Brewer's yeast  (heaven no… not the baking yeast!)
2 tablespoon Soy Lecithin Granules1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1 cup milk (skim, whole) or I cup water*
Put in blender, have this for a breakfast drink. You will not be hungry
for a while.  This drink usually holds me until my next meal or snack.

* I prefer to mix my in water because let's face it…..for new comers the
taste may be a little strong and by mixing it with milk might make it
too thick for some people.

I like water because I can drink it downeasily and follow it with a plain milk chaser.

After a while the taste or smell doesn't bother you….ok ok.. You are
saying by now….why torture myself?

Well you get great skin and hair!  And no make up can do what this
does...I am ac  living proof.

So drink and enjoy….       to your health!


Ok now for vitamins, enzymes , and minerals


This is nothing new. Many health food gurus toted this formula and ones like this for years.

Sometimes one just doesn't eat all the vegetables required  what ever that may mean...so instead of eating 5 carrots I juice them, but I still eat my vegetables...one needs the roughage. So here goes and to your health!


THE GREEN DRINK

First of all you will need a juicer, not a blender. You can mix and match to your own taste and create your own blends. .
In the blender I add
 
1.  A handful of parsley ( this is the richest green in all vitamins, minerals, enzymes)
    You can add more if you want to.

 2.  A handful of spinach… more if you want

 3.  5-11 carrots

 4.  Two peeled oranges or one apple for taste
 

 5. Optional…. one small red beet
     Drink as soon as you make this. I have this for breakfast about one hour after my coffee, followed with
    A  bowl of oatmeal or Yogurt with raw oats sprinkled on top, with raw  nuts, raisons, blueberries and one
    half  banana.

 You don't have to stick with this recipe, create your own.

 Some times I cut up fresh ginger and add it with my carrots and  anything green. Now remember you can juice about any vegetable, squash, cucumbers, cabbage etc.

So have a drink and glow!
