Spirituality is not an esoteric phenomenon....it is...

 to be innocent...pure...childlike...and keeping oneself as well as the grand creation ...in an awe....but not having any funny notions about worshipping things...

Spirituality is to always remain a seeker...and not to follow dogmas

Spirituality is to become meditative... introspective and focussed...and then...even if you are a so-called 'atheist'....you bet, you are spiritual

Spirituality is not a discipline...a regimen...or a belief system.....
to be merely a human being....and respecting human values...is to be spiritual

Spirituality is certainly not religion.....!!!
