Let us pull up our Socks as well as SOQs

SOQs are...as we define them .... SPIRITUALITY and OTHER QUOTIENTS:

There is IQ....EQ....then SQ... and if you want to live a fulfilling life....then your IQ (Intelligence Quotient), EQ ( emotional quotient) and Spiritual quotient (SQ)....they all should be high!!!

So....pull up your socks as well as your SOQS...

By doing these simple things:

Become aware of the here and now !

Use your brain....dont rely on 'givens'

Listen to your heart !

Always be open and receptive

Become humane !

Expect the unexpected !

Become a good listener...

Be spiritual....not ritualistic !!!
