A few lessons in the Here and Now

Here and Now is living in the present

yes....it is like living with a gift....a present

In the present....one is never sad

one is a witness to things....good and bad

when you are in the here and now

you learn to live....really somehow

Present tense is a kind of misnomer

as in the present ...one is never tense....never

so please live in the present....not in past or future....do you copy ?

but live.... and see....... feel...dont just think.......dont copy !
