How to achieve environment protection
Environment Protection is a BIG issue.. a great cause !
Earth is 'dying' ...many pundits are saying this !!!
NGOs are shouting at the top of their voices to urge governments to protect the bio-diversity !
Politicians are regularly meeting in high profile RODEOS to fight on CARBON EMISSIONS !
There are numerous films and documentaries on this 'sensitive' issue
Eco Tourism votaries are talking of sustainable tourism !
School Kids are planting trees...
Green brigades are demonstrating all over the globe !
Certain guys even are winning NOBEL PRIZES for promoting the cause of ecology !!!
No one....yes no one on this planet earth is ignorant about environmental issues
School curriculum is doing its bit....by teaching kids to save the planet !!!
Advertisers have found a new CSR mantra in dishing out GREEN MESSAGES
Tiger Protection has become a buzz word !
Green buildings have mushroomed all across the globe !
BUT....has a significant dent been made ???
Have we really understood the concept ?
Are we serious about the issue or simply following an international fad ???
Many 'status-quoists' would shrug and say..." These issues need a lot of time !"
( It is true !!!)
BUT....we at PEGOMAG wish to say this :
NO ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACTIVITY can really be effective unless we DE-CLICHE the issue.....
We can achieve much more....if we all become LOVERS OF NATURE !
If we all keep in awe....this grand creation....and think like humans.....feel like humans !!!

Let one thing be very clear
That the day is very near
When man shall truly shake
ISMS and clichés…..will wake
To the simple and true reality
That eco-system…in all its generality
Is no fad and no fashion
No hobby….nor some passion !
Man and his environment
Are interwoven…they are meant
For each other…. And in this unison
There is survival of everything… under the sun !
