Data Base Racket

Data base is the most sought after thing !

Tele Callers….Marketers….Promoters….they all want data base !

There was a time when  data base collection was an art form…..only a domain where a few ace researchers ventured !

Now days it is common phenomenon…. It is available to anybody….and everybody !

There could be a dozen BPOs calling you ….when your car insurance gets due !

But where do the data base hunters get their data….???

A lot of organizations like  Mobile phone service providers….Banks….Insurance companies….Housing Loan firms….Educational institutions….etc….collect your personal data….and make an undertaking that it would be kept confidential !

But the racket is….all these solemn institutions…..directly or indirectly ….have started trading your personal facts ….like phone numbers…or purchase of durables..…..etc. etc. ….for some petty ( or hefty) financial inducement !

…Internet is another leaking hole….as far as your personal details are concerned….

It is a modern malady….a modern disgrace !!!

We think laws cannot stop these peeping toms….some other way needs to be conjured up !!!
