Man is civil, as he wears clothes,

and has also made some laws

Though it is a different matter,

Law courts thrive on loopholes and flaws.

Law of the land is seldom followed

In spirit, leave alone the letter

Each day some new clause is added

But lawyers seem to be getting even better.

This changing scene in man made cities

Is often likened to the jungle law

But if you ever visit a forest

You shall see the error, as I saw:

No one in jungle killed for fun

No one took two, if there was need for one

Jungle life was smooth and in order

There were no bails, no useless stay order

There were no gang lords, no terrorists no don

There were no role-players; there were no masks to put on!

Wild beasts as we call them have a law that is just

One kills only for food, not for greed, not for lust!
