Recipe for Elixir of Good Life !

Take one large measure of Valley of Flowers...

Endless view of a beautiful mountain lake...

A bunch of tall pine trees....few snow covered ranges....twenty dozen path ways...

A bright sun ( a full moon would also be adequate !)

and at least one free flowing river....

Store them in an open expanse for a life time...and at the same time ....store them in your heart as well !!!

Now close your eyes....imagine you are there...

Better still...be there from the very beginning !

Breathe in fresh air...in this wholesome environment...every minute you are awake !

...and there you are...

Elixir of good life is ready !!!

Now sip this goodness...as much as you can !
