War and Peace
War and Peace
War has been brought right in your living room
Thanks to the satellites and dishes that mushroom

Now while you sip beer you can see a town burning
The thrills and the chills...with a pickled onion ring

Thousands homeless, helpless you can see from close range
Half-clad kids crying...while your sweat shirt you change

There is a sudden burst and the screen is all yellow
Many have been killed...your phone rings...you say hullo

Then the camera catches a ground to ground missile
You inch a bit closer...and no one survives for a mile

While the war games are on...you dig into your dinner
The meat is very tender...some burn and many simmer...

It’s a live transmission of a very deadly show
While you yawn and stretch out, how many dead we don’t know !!!
