obviously it's not a contract. it's a mutual bonding(under the necessity from each other), it can be everlasting or break as soon as one wanted. but one should be care to before bonding that they r mutually share their mind to each other for happy journey. as u care for small thing also for example train reservation u care about train time, class and birth. even u care for local traveling also.
